How to request deletion

1. Email us from the email address used for your CarStock account, or include enough details for us to verify the account.
2. Include your dealer/business name and registered phone number if you have already created a dealer workspace.
3. We will verify the request and delete the account and associated app data within a reasonable period unless we need to retain limited data for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

What is deleted

• Your CarStock app account identity.
• Your dealer membership record.
• Dealer workspace data, car stock records, and uploaded car photos when the deleting account owns the workspace and no retention reason applies.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse handling, or dispute resolution. Any retained data is limited to the purpose that requires retention.
